The Carousel Book Holder and the turntable
form a self contained unit
generally used for managing reference materials.
They both turn independently from each other.
It can be placed on any flat surface equal or larger than one square foot,
usually on a regular table or desk.

The picture on the right shows also one of our Desk Organizers (not sold with folders),
resting on the rotating surface.
Things to Note:
- The Carousel Book Holder turns independently
from the rotating surface (turntable).
- The Carousel Book Holder and the turntable
form a self contained unit that can be placed on any flat surface
equal or larger than one square (or rather "round" foot), such as
a table, or a desk, or a counter, or just on the floor, etc. Note: to
firmly stabilize the unit, we provide double-stick foam pads to non-permanently
attach the ball-bearing flat base (lazy susan) on the flat surface of
your choice. It sticks well, and will not be accidentally removed,
but can be removed when necessary.
- The height of the carousel can be changed
from "zero" to 18" from the turntable surface.
- The length of the arms of the carousel
is adjustable to match the size of the turntable: from 36" standard
diameter to 48".
- The surface of the turntable stands 1"
above the surface of the desk or table where the apparatus rests.
- The book-stands can hold books of many
sizes, including telephone books such as the San Diego white and
yellow pages.
- The Lazy Susan bearing on which the rotating
surface rotates is one foot in diameter; therefore, a turntable
measuring 36" in diameter can overhang a desk or table surface
as much as one foot in any direction.

CAROUSEL BOOK HOLDER
Note: the combined use of the
Carousel Book Holder and a Turntable reduces
the turntable's central
hole capability to draw electrical cables through it. The reduction
is from 3.25" diam, which is standard for all our turntables, to 1-1/8",
which is the internal diameter of the column that holds the carousel.
Electrical cords with plugs that can fit in a hole 1-1/8" in
diameter can run through it.
